Navaio now has three customers in the retail industry. In our view, the sector is characterised by the speed of operation. Although we still see a difference between, for example, the dynamic Action and big grocer Ahold, which has become big by keeping an eye on the little ones.

The consumer market is changing so fast that these companies have to participate in the speed of change. And so are we. Projects within this sector are characterised by the rapidly advancing insight of the customer and also, for example, the rapidly changing application landscape. Where, for example, you have connected Topdesk to the IAM package, the organisation decides to switch to SerivceNow. No problem for us. You have to make sure that you log the ‘changes’ properly and that you ‘buy’ additional time to deliver this within the framework of the project.
